Living the Call

We open ourselves to God's love through faith. Faith means believing God and believing in God, trusting God with my life. It means that I take God's word for who God is - a word I hear in poor human syllables and experience in not-always-dependable human love.
There is a space of darkness across which God calls me to come in trust. If I do, I open the doors and windows of my being and God comes in. Realization of the meaning of this relationship is my lifelong task. I am called to and given a living relationship with God. I respond with my life. |
