| We are all responsible for welcoming each other to the Table of the Lord, whether it's on Sundays or weekdays. That means welcoming not just the few we know and recognize, but especially welcoming visitors and those we don't know. A friendly smile, a handshake, can show our appreciation to others because they have come to give witness and share their faith with us. We are the Church, the sacrament of Christ present, welcoming each other to the Sacrament of the Eucharist which nourishes us. |
