Altar servers
What age can I become an altar server? My mom says I have to make my First Communion, but there are two kids who are way younger than me on the altar every Sunday.
I am an alter server at my local church. I recently moved from a church in another area. At my old church, the servers were intructed to always bow to the priest out of respect when giving him something (like the holy water) during mass. At my new parish, nothing is mentioned and nobody does it....
