Michelle, you must answer your own question. It's a dear and faithful one, but only you know what would be equivalent. The closest parallel, it would seem to me, is a particular vegetarian protein source that you enjoy. But that may knock your necessary nutrition off balance (though I doubt that one day would do that). In the realm of food, perhaps dessert might be a logical sacrifice.
The way to decide is to apply this criterion: Abstaining from meat and meat products is for the purpose of reminding us of the sacrifices made for us. Whatever sacrifice will accomplish that in your life--that's the one to make!
