No.  Anger is a natural human emotion.  It is how we deal with the anger that can cause it to be a sin.  If I nurse the anger, allowing it to fester and grow -or worse yet, if act upon that anger in a hurtful or violent way - then I have fallen into sin.  On the other hand, if we try to surrender the feelings of anger to God and pray for the person/persons who "made" us angry then we are certainly not sinning.
