Gabriel, Michael and Raphael, are archangels that are mentioned in the canonical Scriptures.  The canonical Scriptures make up the Bible.  Archangels Uriel, Raguel, Sariel, and Jerahmeel are mentioned in the Book of Enoch. Uriel is also mentioned in the Second Book of Esdras. The Book of Enoch and the Second Book of Esdras are apocryphal books and are not part of our Bible.  So, Uriel is not an archangel that is "offically" recognized in the Roman Catholic Church.
