From what you have described, it sounds like the priest at your parish is leaning toward very inappropriate and unacceptable language. You may want to let your parents know that his vocabulary is not pleasing to you and ask them to address it with parish or diocesan leadership. You should definitely pray for him and ask God to give him strength in his advancing age and in his struggles with illness.
