Chrismation - the term used for Confirmation in Orthodox and Eastern-Rite Catholic churches. Chrismation involves the anointing of the candidate's head with chrism (holy oil blessed by the bishop) as the bishop or priest speaks the words, "be sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit."
