Definition: Holy Week
Beginning with the liturgy of Passion/Palm Sunday and ending with Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter), it remiinds us of Jesus' glorious entrance into Jerusalem in contrast with the looming shadow of the cross. On Palm Sunday the colors at Mass change to red (symbol of the passion) and the death-like environment of Lent (purple) takes on a hopeful color with the green of palms. Thursday is white, color or purity, our prayer for all of our priests and faithful. On Friday the colors are stripped, to be replaced with the joyful white of Easter.

is
real?
