O Divine Wisdom, your death leaves me confused, frightened and unsure;
it feels as though I am lost in darkness. Didn't you promise "the Light has come into the world, and the darkness will not overcome it"?

This Holy Week, when all seems dark, I pray for your light to enter my heart and the heart of your people. Help me to see the path you place before me. Help me to trust that each step taken with you leads me from darkness to light, from death to life, from the tomb to resurrection.

May your holy and sacred light quiet the voices of fear and doubt that cloud my judgment and my heart's true vision.

Grant me the gift of divine wisdom that I may step forward with faith and courage.
