Also called Creative Prayer, it generally appeals to feeling types and gives you the chance to express your inner self and find God in movement and action.
Instead of kneeling to pray, it usually involves some kind of physical activity.
It is praying by doing. You draw, paint, sculpt, photograph, play a musical
instrument, dance, act, mime, juggle, garden, run, stretch into a yoga posture,
or even practice martial art forms. You pray with your whole body: eyes, ears,
muscles, joints.
The key to this form of prayer is being mindful. You consciously
remember that you are in the presence of God right here, right now. By using the
body and talents God has given you, you praise and express the very spirit of
God.
